After many months of hard work, we're proud to present the Art Deco 3D asset pack. It features 16 fully detailed buildings, 30 custom PBR materials, and includes ready-to-render scenes for Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya, and 3Ds Max. At the moment, we are supporting native renderers and Arnold exclusively and all the natives for Blender and UE.
For the Conceptize team, developing this kit has been both challenging and rewarding. We’re excited to see the incredible creations artists will bring to life using this kit!
The artists behind the creation of this kit are:
- XiangJun Zeng (XJ) - Lead Modeler
- Sergi Torne - Modeler
- Jiraju Tamang - Material Artist
- Guillem Rovira. - Texturing and Lookdev
- Daniel McGarry - Cover

XJ is an artist with over 15 years in the VFX industry working in legendary VFX studios like ILM or Digital Domain. He was an instrumental artist to create this kit and push it to the next level. Here it is what he has to say:
- What are your favorite pieces in the kit and why do they stand out? My favorite building out of the whole kit is building J because it’s elegant has the most classical art-deco look to me.
- What was the most challenging? In terms of challenge, it’s building D, no contest. Managing the amount of detail required to make the building look good while maintaining the geometry count of an asset that size is always a challenge.

- How do you see artists and designers using this kit in their own projects? I do think this will be useful for smaller studios or projects where time is of the essence and a show producer can easily download this kit to build out a city as backdrop, without the need to texture and look dev the kit. It will be a timesaver for smaller projects.
- Which software, tools and plugins that you used to speed up the process? Only Maya.
