At Conceptize, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our products, all license sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if the purchased product does not match the product details as described on our website. In such cases, you must provide documentation or proof showing the discrepancy between the product description and the purchased file.

Refund Deductions

If your refund request is approved, please note that transfer fees of 5% will not be refunded. Only the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund under the above exception, please contact our customer service team at support(AATT)conceptize.io. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
